For Saturday weddings in peak season (March–May, October–December), 8–12 weeks ahead is ideal. That locks in the exact vehicle and chauffeur. Off-season Sundays and weeknights are usually fine 2–4 weeks out. We do take last-minute weddings — we just can’t guarantee the specific stretch you saw in our gallery.
Yes — this is one of our specialties. A typical wedding day involves bridal-suite pickup, photo stops, ceremony arrival, reception drop, and possibly an after-party shuttle. We build the timeline with you, confirm with venue valets, and run it on-site with on-the-ground coordination.
Absolutely. Guest shuttle service is one of our most common wedding add-ons. We use Mercedes Sprinter (24 passengers) or full coaches (40–56 passengers) on a continuous loop for as many hours as you need. Most weddings use a 4–6 hour shuttle window from cocktail hour through the end of the reception.
A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all wedding bookings and distributed to your chauffeur(s) and coordinator. Additional cash tips are at your discretion, never expected. Our written quote shows the gratuity line separately so there are no surprises at the end of the night.
