Yes. We dispatch chauffeurs around the clock — including Christmas Eve, New Year’s, and Thanksgiving. Last-minute and overnight bookings are welcome — though we recommend reserving 48 hours ahead for stretch limos and Mercedes Sprinter group transport, especially during prom season (April–May) and the holidays.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Always. The moment your flight number is on our manifest, our dispatch software watches it. If you land 90 minutes early, your chauffeur adjusts. If you land three hours late, no extra charge. We include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time at baggage claim, with grace beyond that on flight delays.
Can guests bring their own beverages?

Our Mercedes Sprinter group vehicle is the closest thing in our fleet to a party transport — luxury seating for up to 18, climate control, and professional chauffeur service. We do not serve alcohol — Florida law restricts that to specific permit holders. Guests 21+ are welcome to bring their own beverages; please clean up after yourselves. Glass is fine; we clean up.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Every chauffeur carries a Florida commercial driver’s license with the passenger endorsement, passes annual DOT physicals, and is background-checked through Florida FDLE. Lauderdale Limos carries seven-figure commercial auto liability and general liability coverage, well above Florida state minimums. We’re happy to send a certificate of insurance to your venue, employer, or event planner on request, usually within an hour during business hours.
How early should I book a wedding limo or Mercedes Sprinter group transport?
For Saturday weddings in peak season (March–May, October–December), we recommend booking 8–12 weeks ahead to lock in the exact vehicle and chauffeur you want. Mercedes Sprinter group transport for prom weekend and graduation Saturdays book out 4–6 weeks in advance. For everything else — airport transfers, corporate runs, last-minute date nights — same-day and next-day availability is usually fine. We hold a small percentage of our fleet aside specifically for late bookings.
Can you handle multi-stop wedding logistics?
Yes — this is one of the things we do best. A typical wedding day involves a bridal-party pickup, photo locations, a ceremony arrival, reception drop-off, and an after-party shuttle for guests. We assign a dedicated wedding coordinator on our end who builds the timeline with you, calls the venue valets the day before to confirm load-zones, and runs the show on-site. The same logic applies to corporate roadshows, multi-leg airport groups, and event shuttles.
What’s the difference between a stretch limo and a Sprinter limo?
A classic stretch limousine is a Lincoln or Cadillac extended to 120–140 inches with a long bench-seat interior — it’s the iconic wedding photo. A Sprinter limo is a Mercedes Sprinter van with a custom limo conversion: taller ceiling, full standing room, premium interior lighting, and forward-facing seating. Same passenger capacity, very different feel. Stretches photograph beautifully; Sprinters are more comfortable for longer rides. We have both — and we’ll suggest the right one for your group.
